Recording Narration in UNLConnect Presenter

To record narration, you will need a microphone. A headset is recommended, but your computer's built-in microphone will probably work. To record an audio narrative for your presentation:

  1. Open your PowerPoint presentation.
  1. The Set Microphone Recording Level dialog box appears. Begin speaking at a normal, comfortable level into your microphone as you read your prepared text, or something similar. When Connect gets a feel for the levels you will be using, if they are appropriate, the Red Checking Input Level box will become a Green Input Level OK box.
    Set Levels
  1. As your presentation begins, speak clearly and at a moderate pace. If you are using animations in your presentation, click the Next Animation button when you want the next event to occur. If you do not have animations, click the Next Slide button to move on to the next slide. When you reach the end of the slides, click the Stop Recording button and then click OK.
