The Classroom Help Line is 472 - 5511. Call this number anytime M-F to talk to a classroom support technician. Most classroom problems can be solved right over the phone, so don't hesitate to call! If the problem is more severe, we can generally arrive at your City Campus classroom in 5 minutes or less! Please report LCD projector lamp outages immediately, so that we may replace the lamp between classes!

Our Classroom email is classrooms@unl.edu. You may email us any non urgent questions or comments. We will respond to your email generally within 24hrs. Classroom Support strives to get you the information you need to comfortably use the technology in your classroom. If you are not receiving an email from us at the beginning or end of the semester, ask us to add you to the list! You will receive email notification if something should malfunction in your classroom and an indication of when we expect to have the problem repaired.
