Frequently Asked Questions
How do I transfer files from my office computer to the computer that is in the classroom?
We highly recommend our new secure file server! It is the quickest, most reliable means of file transfer. USB storage devices are also very convenient! Not all of our classrooms are equipped with CD drives. If you plan on using media on CDs, please check your classroom to see if a CD drive is available. Click here for more information on accessing the server as well as other recommended media!
Can I show a presentation from my laptop in the classroom?
Your ITG supported classroom is already equipped with a connection that allows you to show presentations in the classroom directly from your laptop. For your convenience, we have created a handy PDF document that explains how to get started. Click here to view the document, print it and take it with you to your classroom.
