Classroom Support is a service provided by the Instructional Technology Group under the direction of Information Services.

Our mission is to provide students and faculty the opportunity to fully benefit from multimedia technologies installed in general purpose classrooms, campus-wide. We are committed to providing the latest, most user-friendly technologies and the support, training and patience required to make it all work.

That is our philosophy—technology should be simple, easy to use, and you should have hands on training with a real person whenever it is convenient. Our Classroom Support Associates are on call during all regularly scheduled classes M-F, including evenings. Many problems can be solved over the phone, so if you encounter problems, please give us a call.
